Registration Policies

Conference space is limited. Registrations from invited guests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Receipt of a Registration Confirmation email confirms your spot. Registration Confirmation emails are sent the Friday following receipt of your registration payment. Registrations received after capacity is reached will be placed on a waiting list and you will be notified.

CANCELLATION

Full refunds are available until Sept. 10, 2024.

Cancellations after Sept. 10, 2024 will receive a full refund if your spot is filled with someone from the the wait list.

CONFERENCE PRICING

Standard: $750
Government/Nonprofit: $500

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES

Access to all conference presentations, Thursday lunch, Thursday evening cocktail reception, Friday breakfast and refreshments during conference breaks.

ACCOMMODATIONS

A limited number of on-site discount rate rooms are available at $425/night at the Ritz-Carlton Bacara (plus $35/night resort fee and taxes). *Discount room block accommodations are first-come, first-serve.

Hotel reservations and parking are the responsibility of the reserving party and are subject to the hotel’s applicable policies.
