Registration Policies

Space is limited and registration is first‑come, first‑served for invited guests. Your spot is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email, sent within three days of payment. Registrations received after capacity is reached will be waitlisted and notified.

CANCELLATION

Full refunds are available until October 6, 2026.

Cancellations after October 6, 2026 will receive a full refund if your spot is filled with someone from the the wait list.

Government; Nonprofit; Student: $600

Brownstein attorneys donate their time to organize this conference, with all registration and sponsorship funds applied directly to event costs—including venue, catering, staffing and production. The conference is intentionally operated at a loss, with Brownstein covering remaining expenses to help ensure accessibility for women across the water industry, regardless of financial capacity.

REGISTRATION BENEFITS

Unlock full access to all conference programming, including our Thursday keynote lunch presentation, a Thursday evening cocktail reception, Friday breakfast and refreshments during all scheduled breaks.

ACCOMMODATIONS

A limited number of on-site rooms are available at a special group rate of $459 per night (a room otherwise averages up to $1,000 per night) plus the following fees and taxes:
