Registration Policies

Space is limited and is first-come, first served. Your invitation is nontransferable.

Confirmation of your registration will be delivered to you by way of an email calendar invite released within three days from receipt of your registration payment. Registrations received after capacity is reached will be waitlisted and notified.​

CANCELLATION

Full refunds are available until October 6, 2026.

​

Cancellations after October 6, 2026 will receive a full refund if your spot is filled with someone from the waitlist.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION PRICING

  • ​Government; Nonprofit; Student: $600

Brownstein attorneys and staff are responsible for the execution of this conference. All conference registration fees and sponsorship funds are applied toward the costs of the event itself including: venue space, food and beverages, event supplies, furniture rentals and audiovisual equipment. This conference is operated at a loss, with the remaining costs borne by Brownstein as the primary conference sponsor. We do this in an effort to ensure that conference attendance is feasible for women throughout the water industry, irrespective of financial capacity. All Brownstein attorney time is volunteered.

ACCOMMODATIONS

 

A limited number of on-site rooms are available at a special group rate of $459 per night (rooms may otherwise cost up to $1,000 per night) plus the following fees and taxes:

  • Complimentary resort fee

  • Applicable local and state taxes

Please note: All hotel bookings, travel and parking arrangements are the responsibility of each guest and are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
