I think that this is a great program to allow women in the water field to get to know each other and form a network of colleagues.

What a wonderful gathering with the most accomplished and friendly women in water. I would love to attend this conference again in the future. Well done!

It was great to have women from across the country join this year. Thank you so very much for the work you and your team do to create this safe, inclusive, mentally invigorating space for women in water.

We all attend numerous conferences, but this one was at the top—very productive, informative and, most importantly, very intimate in a way that I think makes connections more lasting. I cannot put my finger on exactly what it was, but it was excellent.

I love the format of the panels and the candid and authentic nature of the conversations. Even if I am not learning something new about a topic, I feel I am still expanding my thinking of the issues. I never feel I am being spoken down to by the panelists - they are inspiring and encouraging; experts but approachable.

It was inspiring to hear from such amazing women across  various areas of water, whose messages embodied empowerment, innovation, collaboration and grit. I am looking forward to continuing these discussions and strengthening the bonds formed with these women role models well into the future.

You pulled off an outstanding event, which surely will be remembered by all who attended as an extremely worthwhile experience.

You gave us an invaluable opportunity to meaningfully engage with some of the best female role models in the water field—yourselves included!

Your panelists provided just the right balance by sharing lessons learned about becoming or being women in water and the technical issues and challenges they face in their field. California water issues are complex and challenging. Thanks to you and the H2O Women Conference, we now have  important connections to the women who will help solve the problems.

This was a truly amazing event with speakers that are leaders in the field and executive participation from throughout the state. I’ve been working in water for 28 years and I felt proud to be part of this event.  As we all said at the conference—women are making a difference in the water world today!

I enjoyed this conference very much, more so than many other conferences I attend. The panel discussions were excellent and covered subjects in a way I have not heard before. Panelists and the keynote speaker were bright, articulate and thoughtful. I appreciate the effort that went into planning this event and hope for more in the future!

I am so impressed  with the quality of the conference and the general opportunities to share over the course of a few days that were packed—interesting, fun, relaxing and lots of sharing. Brava to you both!

A truly unique and immersive experience. The quality time to connect with colleagues in between sessions and at and around the hotel grounds was a huge plus.

I loved that this was relationship based rather than a feeling of being there for business development. That may result as an outcome but didn't feel like the primary purpose.

It was so refreshing to be with professional women, and I mean this wholeheartedly - women dressing for the occasion. I have missed this and really appreciated it.

I continue to be so impressed by the quality and diversity of the panels you assemble. Based on an aha moment from the climate change panel, I will be working to assess and waterproof our wastewater treatment plant because of current existing uncertainty and threats.

The combination of professional time and free, fun, relaxation time was enjoyed by many of the attendees, and I think it was a wonderful opportunity for a lot of hardworking women to take some time for themselves, which is much needed.

This is the best conference I've been to in years. The panels were substantive and required a moderate to high level of knowledge, which was refreshing. The people at the conference were interesting, open, and inspiring. The conference was extremely well run and not overscheduled.

I appreciate having all of the contact information of the attendees in the conference program.

The conference was fabulous but the extras were even better. The reception outside gave us a chance to mingle with more people and have important conversations. The timing was so lovely. And it wasn't as loud outside as we were chatting away. I had never been on a wine tasting bus/tour before even though I live in Sonoma County. It was perfect. We talked technical and business issues on the bus. And wine and travel at the wineries. I bought wine from each of the stops. Can't wait to taste them again.

Kudos to the organizers for a fabulous first conference of this sort! Great job on all the upfront organizational details, especially working with the moderators. I don't think I have ever laughed so much throughout an entire conference day—I think it was a sign of the congenial atmosphere and the recognition that we all have something very important in common.

You did a wonderful job in putting this conference together. I liked that the conference was invitation only, and those invited held higher level positions in the water industry and managing water issues.

​You guys did a phenomenal job. The venue was fantastic. I enjoyed myself, learned a lot, and got to meet new friends and old. I can't think of a way it could have been any better. Thank you for inviting me. I am honored.

Thank you for an excellent conference. The organizers did a fabulous job thinking through every detail. And, I love the burlap bag. I use it all of the time. 

This is one of the most inspiring and thoughtfully organized conferences that I have ever attended. 

The conference was beautifully organized and coordinated. Speakers were terrific. Loved the conversational style. Gave me a great opportunity to learn about Brownstein, too.        

Best food I've ever had at a conference, best lighting for photos. The size of the group was excellent. More time for questions at the end of the sessions, or maybe a break for questions mid-way through, e.g. two 5 min question sessions per panel. 

The non-profit rate was a deal-maker, thank you for offering this. 

Scarves were a great idea and the open remarks really set the stage. I walked away form your conference with unexpected friendships and I truly believe it was due to the foundation you established for this conference.
